We are looking for a Research Assistant (0.4FTE) in GenAI & Visual Literacy. The position is offered in the context of the project “Ways of (Machine) Seeing: towards a new visual literacy in AI” supported by Responsible Ai UK Skills Programme, in collaboration with UCL Institute of Education, Justice Matrix and The Photographers’ Gallery. Deadline 13th October.
Over the next year, the project aims to explore how image-based AI challenges existing approaches to the teaching of visual creativity. Our research aims to produce responsible AI skills resources that offer best practice for teacher training and curriculum development, introducing the necessary skills to address AI literacy in classroom settings. This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to join the project team to support this work.
