Mateus Domingos is a producer at Phoenix (Leicester) supporting the programme to explore critical digital arts practices and artist development opportunities through regular sessions; FTP, Critical Gaming Meetup and screen_share.
His research project Careful Networks is focused on the performance of experimental networks by artists, through artist workshops, networking and tool-building. It primarily explores aspects of peer-to-peer, alternative web protocols, shared computing and webrings within the context of care and the ecological impacts of computing.
He is also an artist and a member of artist-run space, Two Queens, which currently hosts an instance of the Raspberry Pi based library he maintains. He is documenting his practice at bruise.in.
